Ahoy again, all doctoral students, doctors and people with a doctoral spirit!

Treat yourself to the Doctoral Cruise, a special getaway designed to celebrate and connect doctoral students and doctors from all disciplines. This is the second time we organize this two-night cruise to Stockholm. Last year we had around 120 participants and this time we will aim for bigger and better!

Onboard, awaiting you is a great opportunity to meet new people, network and create long lasting multidisciplinary connections that may open new doors professionally. You can share struggles or celebrate your success with your peers on the same boat (pun intended). Whatever you find, you get to keep; friends, professional connections, and everything in between.

Connections are valuable and play an important role in your future career, whether you stay in academia or tackle other challenges. The program on the cruise is designed to encourage networking of participants. The organizers strongly believe that relaxed environment is more conducive to creating new ideas and making connections than formal meetings. At the same time, remember to have fun and leave your work stress home. Have a Dr.ink with your colleagues and feel the fellowship of your kind!

What else in store, you ask? The cruise offers special program for the participants in the nightclub, including guest talks and social activities. The general program onboard will complement your cruise experience.

Prices until 7th of October: 4-person cabin from 61,25€ per person (incl. mandatory fuel fee)

Prices from 8th of October: 4-person cabin from 71,25€ per person (incl. mandatory fuel fee)

If you don't have a friend to share a cabin with, you can book a 1/2 of a cabin. On the booking page, choose "miespaikka / naispaikka" (shared cabin with male / female) and on the cruise, you'll find with whom you will share the cabin with.
